Pets are allowed. This requires a $250 non-refundable deposit per pet, due at booking.
Layout:
First Level - living room with full sized sleeper sofa, kitchen, and laundry room. There is also one bedroom with a queen bed, and another bedroom with a full bed. The bedrooms share a bathroom, with a tub/shower combo.
Second Level - primary suite with a king bed and en suite bathroom with a walk in shower.
Parking:
There is a driveway with room for 3 cars. Please park in the driveway. Please note, the property owner's car is parked in the driveway but please feel free to park behind it. They do not live on site so the car will remain stationary.
Neighborhood:
Here you will be less than 10 minutes from bustling Five Points in East Nashville, where you will find incredible restaurants, great shopping, awesome pubs and delicious coffee. Check out Living Waters for coffee and Bowery Vault for music! Additionally, it's also a similar distance to Downtown Nashville and other desirable locations like the Gulch, Twelve South, Music Row, and Hillsboro Village to name a few. Uber and Lyft are easily accessible from this home.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

By booking with Stay Local Nashville, I give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to screen my identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding Safely’s guest screening can be found at Safely's website, Safely dot com. You may receive an email from Concierge at Safely dot com to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email, and contact Safely at Concierge at Safely dot com or go to Safely dot com, if you have any questions. Additionally, I agree that the rental agreement must be signed and Safely guest screening must be completed within 3 days, otherwise my stay will be cancelled.
