But first - coffee. Start the day on your balcony with a peek-a-boo view of the river. Inside, you’ll find a full, well-equipped kitchen at the ready when it’s time to make breakfast. The fully updated interior boasts a crisp, fresh interior, lots of natural light, and plenty of space to spread out. Relax in the central AC at the end of the day, or visit the complex gym if you didn’t get your steps in while touring. Call it a night with a little streaming TV, either from the living room or bed, and drift off to sleep with the next perfect Nashville day to come.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
