Welcome to Music City Retreat - a dreamy condo in East Nashville, only 7 miles from the heart of downtown!

Every inch of space has been maximized in this open-concept condo with neutral furnishings, practical furniture, and cool accents. With the central location and extra living space, this becomes the perfect getaway for a couple or small family who desire easy access to the area’s most popular destinations.

The kitchen offers modern stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for you to enjoy any meal at home. You can expect to find a coffee maker and toaster in addition to the necessary cookware and flatware to whip up a delicious meal. This is an eat-in kitchen with seating for 2 at the center island.

The living room has a couch that doubles as a sofa sleeper, a Smart TV, and a sliding glass door that opens to the outside balcony. Steps from the living room you can find the bedroom with a King bed, Smart TV, and an en suite. The bathroom’s vanity provides ample counter space and a shower/tub combo.

A washer/dryer can also be found in the unit for your convenience!

East Nashville is just across the river from downtown and a perfect location to be close to the action of the city while still giving yourself some downtime...it’s vacation after all! This slice of town is deep-rooted in history and a hub for the arts, exceptional dining, shopping, and craft beer. Start your day with a morning brew from one of the locally owned neighborhood cafes and then seize the day with one of the many local attractions! Downtown Nashville is under a 15-minute drive and has popular destinations like the Country Music Hall of Fame, Johnny Cash Museum & Cafe, and The Nashville Farmers Market. The Grand Ole Opry is about a 10-minutes from the home.

This place was great! It was perfect size for just the two of us. Had everything we needed. Only con was the elevator not working. That sucked walking up three floors in 6 inch heels after a long night. But overall still great.

We had a great time in Nashville. Was able to get to downtown easily. Was convenient to get to all the attractions that we wanted to see. It was nice to have a kitchenette to make breakfast before going about our day.

We really had a great time staying at this Vrbo. It was so clean and impressed me because I’m pretty particular when it comes to cleanliness, and it was exactly as it appeared in the description! loved having the washer and dryer beautiful kitchen, comfortable couch, comfortable bed abundance of pillows Towels, all the amenities you would need a perfect for a Nashville set away!

Wonderful, seamless stay
As described and located in a wonderful posh quiet part of town away from all the downtown busyness and forever music scene in Nashville. We are YMCA members and this apartment is 2minutes by drive away from a local Y which was a plus for us. Close to hipster restaurants and other East Nashville venues. We had a wonderful time! Perfect for a couple without kids. Similar to apartments in NYC where I grew up.

Enjoyed The Property
The property was very nice and worked perfect for my short stay. The only thing I wish there was instruction on how to operate the TV. I am used to turn on a TV and watching. The streaming was a bit frustrating, so I did not get to watch my traditional cable news programs. I will definitely book this property again.

Very Close to Grand Ole Opry. Get on Free-way then next exit was the exit for Opry. Unit was well thought out. Very impressed. Would like to stay again when we come back to Nashville.

Great long weekend stay!
Our first time in Nashville and East Nashville was amazing!! Close to ALL the popular tourist things (We did Broadway, The Opry, etc) but East Nashville itself is so diverse, vibrant and fun, we could have stayed on this side of town the entire 4 days! Building was great; clean, quiet, and safe!

Accommodations
The kitchen was excellent. The washer and dryer were excellent. Cleanliness and toiletries available very nice. The only item I would change in this space are the mattress and the pillows. The bed size also needs to be kicked up to at least a queen. Also, it does need a few more towels and creamer for coffee/hot chocolate

Nashville Adjacent
The apartment was nice, clean, and served our purposes very well. The entrance is actually at the back of the building so taxi/uber drivers were a bit confused where to go as the front is a tattoo shop/varying nonresidential businesses but we figured it out. There was a bit of an issue with the elevator and door code when initially trying to get in, but the property manager was very helpful. Good proximity to all the major attractions that we were interested in, but allowed us a little peace to rest at night. Overall, great stay and would recommend this property to others!

Ups and downs.
Property was nice and location fine but the communication with management company was poor to say the least. This is a 3rd floor unit and unknown to us the elevator had been out for weeks. This was never communicated to us before we arrived and if we had known we would not have booked this property. With 2 bad knees it was brutal taking the stairs every day. This was brought up to management company and the declined to respond.
