Welcome to our condo just minutes from fabulous restaurants, exclusive shopping, top-rated beaches and convenient grocery stores. Looking for a world-class beach experience? Clam Pass Park is just over one mile from the front door, featuring a beautiful beach, a variety of plants & wildlife, a boardwalk, and a beachfront casual restaurant. And don’t forget about historic Naples Pier beach just a short drive away.

At our condo at the Park Shore Resort, enjoy on-site amenities like heated pool, barbecue area, tennis courts, pickleball courts, fitness room, poolside & waterside restaurant and lush grounds with ponds and waterfalls.

-- Complimentary high speed Fiber Optic Wi-Fi is available as well as flat screen smart TV’s with over 200 cable channels & popular streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc).

-- You’ll love to relax in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a large screened-in lanai overlooking the water and beautiful sunsets. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen with drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, stove, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, utensils, and much more – perfect for making home-cooked meals!

-- One of the bedrooms has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has two twin xl beds which can be converted into a king bed upon request. For extra bedding, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. A workstation/desk is also provided.

-- Bathrooms include a shower/tub combination, and a hair dryer is provided. A washer and dryer are also available inside the unit.

PLEASE NOTE: A FOB access fee of $115 will be charged to guests upon check-in, and it covers everyone in the reservation. This cost is in addition to the lodging total paid on Vrbo. FOB fee is paid directly to Park Shore Resort and provides access to community amenities (pool, bathrooms, tennis / pickleball courts, fitness room, etc.)

-- There is a ring video doorbell at the front door that monitors the public space, outside the unit only.

-- Smoking of any kind (i.e. cigarettes, vaping, cigars, etc) is not allowed inside or outside the unit – that includes the lanai and the balcony. Park Shore Resort is a non smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

We do not make exceptions to our cancelation policy based on weather, illness, job loss, or emergency situations. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to cover your vacation in the event of unexpected changes to your trip.
