NYMPHÉA - Duplex Hauts Pavés

Nymphéa is a very beautiful duplex of 72 m ² having two rooms. It is located, in front of the tramway, close to the city center, 10 min walk from the Viarme square. It can comfortably accommodate four people.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) in a quiet condominium. It offers a beautiful living room, with a living room on one side and a table for your meals on the other, the living room opening onto a small balcony. Of course, WIFi and television are available.
The kitchen is separate and perfectly equipped (combined oven, refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and many utensils). Spacious toilets on the first level. On the first floor, a pleasant and modern bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. We also provide a washing machine, a dryer and an ironing board and iron.

The Nymphéa accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team who will present you the apartment, its functioning and will give you the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the beds are made on your arrival. To start your stay, we offer you some Nespresso coffee pods and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.

Neighborhood and transportation
Once you are settled in, you will appreciate the location and will be able to enjoy and easily get to the city center of Nantes, its pedestrian streets and its shops. The main tourist sites such as the beautiful Place Royale and Place Graslin are less than 10 minutes from the apartment. Every Saturday morning, come and enjoy the famous Talensac market, two streetcar stops away or 15 minutes on foot, where all the food shops will make your taste buds salivate.
You will be able to circulate easily on both sides of the city with the stop "Commerce" (5 stops), points of passage of many bus lines and 3 lines of tramway.
For the train station, from "Commerce", take the tramway L1 (about 5 min ride).
For the airport, a dedicated shuttle leaves from "Commerce" and takes you there in about 20 minutes.
