"The Swiss Hotel is in a great location, close to high end shops and amazing street food. A train to the airport is in the conveniently located on the ground floor. The staff was exceptional. I lost my phone while staying at the hotel and the concierge, Kingsady, worked hard to return it to me. "

"This hotel was very nice and felt very luxurious for a reasonable price. The rooms were very clean and the largest we have had during our trip to Japan. The bed was so very comfortable and the softest bed we had in Japan. The staff was very helpful and nice. The skyspa was nice and large with a pool inside and outside with lots of shower spaces and a dry sauna. I did expect to have a view from the spa but the glass is frosted so you have to stand to just see out over the city. But they had all the expected spa amenities! It can get quite crowded in the spa in the evening. "
