"Very dissapointing. The terrace in the picture is only accessible for one client and needs to be reserved. The mattrass was old, tired and I could feel the springs. The room that I was given (smoking) was not the one I bought (non smoking) . After complaining, I was oriented to another one. There is no bar in the hotel available. The owner of the place, despite not speaking much English, was very helpful and there was pick up service from the train station. Only thing is that if you arrive later than 20:00 there won't be much happening around the area, nor there are anywhere to eat, which should be paid attention to as Ise is famous for its gourmet experience so you don't want to end up wasting your dinner chance at s convenient...
