Make memories with your loved ones at this oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo in the heart of Nags Head. Wake up and wind down with amazing sunrises and sunsets on both sides of the unit! Enjoy a beverage and watch dolphins play from the over-sized patio.

The master bathroom offers a king-size bed and its own private bath while the second bedroom contains a queen bed and a twin bed. The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, two flat-screen TVs, cable and wireless internet, an in-suite washer and dryer, and beautiful patio furniture where you can take in all the views! Other property offerings include direct beach access and an outdoor shower.

Linens (bath towels, sheets, washcloths) are included. Bring your clothes and tooth brushes and we will do the rest! This is vacation: simplified!

Our unit is within easy driving distance of many wonderful local attractions: Jockey’s Ridge, Bodie Island Lighthouse, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Oregon Inlet, Coquina Beach and many great restaurants and shopping establishments. We’re right where you want to be!

Fantastic view of the ocean
Fantastic views of the ocean! Even when the weather turned cold and blustery, we were able to enjoy being "at the beach." Kitchen very well stocked and great views of the ocean from the main living space areas as well while eating at the table or cooking in the kitchen.

Second time as good as the first
This was our second time to stay here and it was just as great as the first time we stayed. We love how close this place is to the beach. If the weather isn’t wonderful, you still feel as if you are on the beach even if you are sitting on the covered porch. The unit has everything you would ever need. Hopefully, this unit is available the next time we come to the OBX because this is where we always want to stay.

The condo was very nice with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Nice couch to relax on. The view from the patio was spectacular. Saw dolphins every day. Beautiful sunrises. Steps were easy to climb, and elevator worked well.

Our plans for this trip included taking in various sites Corolla to Cape Hatteras. This was a great central location near the pier, numerous places to eat (two of our favorites were Grits Grill for breakfast and Black Pelican for lunch and supper), and just steps to the beach! The outside of the building does look a little rough in spots, such as the stairs. There is a basketball area and a few common areas with lounge chairs. The inside of the condo is very nice. Updates and attention to details made this feel like a home away from home.

Great location, great beachfront, great time
My family of 4 stayed in this condo for New Year's. It is in South Nags Head in a great location. Very close to Jeanette's Pier, Tanger Outlets and restaurants. The condo was nicely furnished and clean. It is oceanfront and only steps from the beach. We cannot wait to come back this summer to enjoy the beach and the 2 swimming pools. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Perfect Week!
My sister, daughter and I have an annual trip to the. Outer Banks every year around Thanksgiving. We've stayed in this unit before and had another great week this year. We relaxed, read, shopped, enjoyed delicious food and watched movies every night. We could not have asked for a better week or a better location. We were near everything. This is our fourth year, I believe staying in this location and we will be back. Lots of parking, wonderful views of the beach and near everything. We can't wait for our next visit.

Convenient location, oceanfront
This place is just as described. The only complaint I have is that the king bed needs replaced. Every time you move is squeaks...BADLY. I even tried to sleep on the sofa in the living room, but it squeaks as well. Seven nights with little sleep (while on vacation) was a little disheartening. I would also recommend a few more washcloths and hand towels or bring some with you, as there is only one per person.

Great ocean front location
Check in was a breeze. It's an older building but kept up nicely which was fine with us. It was clean. I thought the bed slept good my husband did not so individidual opinion. Needs new frying pan. We were on the first floor which has it's advantages like seeing the ocean waves right at our balcony and from inside the condo. Not much noise from 2nd floor renters except (i think) the dishwasher was very noisey while running. Close to Jennett'e's pier, great view. We would stay there agian. The condo was a relaing place to stay after sightseeing, hiking and fishing all day.

You are there for the view
The view is breathtaking, no doubt. But the cleanliness was lacking. We found bugs ( not the good kind) in our unit which was a turn off. We wanted to vacuum but the vacuum was cheap and would not work. We were disappointed in the linens. There was no mattress pad on the master and the twin beds were filthy you with other peoples dirt and hair. There were towels but not for the amount the unit sleeps and the quality of the stocked kitchen was lacking. It was a beautiful view and convenient location to the beach, despite the dredging in front of unit. But for the $ I was a bit disappointed in the rest. The furnishings were tired and dirty. Wish I could say it was better but I felt the $ and quality was misleading with the other reviews.
