Security was great-have to tap your card to go in the lift up to the rooms. 5 minute walk to USJ. Food in Universal city mall. Just a bit of a trek to come from central Osaka. Self-check out via machines. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend to stay. Staff were friendly. Water machines on each floor. No complaints."

"Super easy checkin. No wait. Large room with a nice view and amenities. Right at the airport but I didn’t hear a single plane, car or other guest at all. Location made getting my JR Pass, IC card and money exchange a breeze. Highly recommend this hotel if arriving after dark like I did. I was able to get a good nights sleep and an early start on my Japan adventure. "
