ABSOLUTELY LOVELY! Beautiful condo with fantastic ocean views and lots of natural light. Look no more!

This spacious condo offers ocean views from both living room, private balcony and bedroom! Located on the 11th floor.
Cozy kitchen with a large counter top, spacious living room and a nice balcony for you to relax. Have your tea or coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, while you take in the beautiful ocean view, as the dolphins and birds go by. This lovely condo is perfect for a very pleasurable vacation. The resort has many amenities right on the beach including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna and a gym. There is a coin operated laundry room in the buillding. Close to shopping, attractions, golf and restaurants.

Life is better by the beach!

Great location
Overall a good stay. Condo was very clean. It could definitely use some updating, especially the mattress. It felt like we were sleeping on box springs. A small investment in the newer memory foam mattress would make a huge difference. (Actually slept on the memory foam mattress at another VRBO. Loved it so much we bought one The Nectar) The listing said it could sleep 4 (queen bed & sleep sofa). That being said there were only 4 dishes, bowls, etc. had to hand wash every day. Also the door jam needed repair. There was mold above the shower area. The location was great, on the beach and close to so much shopping and restaurants.

Cute, but could use a touch of TLC
Overall we were happy with our stay - beach is within steps, the pool options were great being that everyone wasn’t contained within one, the unit is cute and fit our needs well. There are few things that may need to be updated sooner than later for a slightly more comfortable stay - the bedroom mattress is extremely firm, hard; the toilet seat was not secured - the seemingly new bolt was barely attached (I reconnected it while there), and the unit could use a deep clean as the routine housekeeping doesn’t seem to do so when cleaning the floor and shower walls etc. All in all, a quaint unit close to what we needed and were looking for.

I thought ocean front property meant ocean front views. This unit was side balcony view. Unit was very dated and needs a major refresh, couch and bed specifically. Unit had everything we needed for our stay and Walmart is very close for supplies. We are seniors and need a little more comfort for our stays. This unit was not to our standards of comfort.

Excellent Location
Property is located right on the beach and there is a covered parking garage onsite Jeff was very attentive to any issues that arose. It is an older property and could use some updating. My only problem was we saw a roach crawling inside the kitchen cabinet. I sent a text to Jeff and he was on it immediately setting up an exterminator.

Nice Place
The condo was as described and suited our needs to watch a week of baseball at Ripken Myrtle Beach. We did not use the pools or hot tubs, except for one brief swim one afternoon. The beach was very convenient and wide.

Property was amazing! The balcony has a perfect view of the ocean, although it rained the whole vacation , the staff at the complex/ the hosts made our trip perfect. My husband and I met many friends down at the bar, and sat in the hot tubs during giant rain storms. It was a vacation to remember , and I would stay again.

Fantastic Communication with Host
What makes this a five-star condo is the location. Just steps to the beach and chairs and umbrellas to rent are just steps away. The communication with Jeff and his crew were outstanding! The check in process is seamless. The underground parking is a HUGE bonus. There were books available to take to the beach, plus two chairs to enjoy the ocean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Towels, sheets and unit were clean. The pull-out bed is not very comfortable. Partially because there weren't appropriate sheets that fit. Nothing is top of the line, but we had everything we needed. Without listing everything that needs to be upgraded, this building is in dire need of a face lift. The water drainage is terrible. There was caution tape around one of the three hot tubs and pool at any given time. Windows and mirrors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time throughout the building. The sauna was out of service. That being said, the hosts were extremely open to our honest suggestions. They really want you to have the best experience possible. You can't beat the price for the location. Our destination was the beach and that's exactly what we got.

Great little vacation spot!!
My family and I had a blast staying here. It’s right main strip on the beach with a great ocean view. Pictures listed are exactly what you get.👍. Would definitely consider staying again.

The place was nice & looked exactly like the photos. But it's kinda mistaken as a front condo.
Loved the area and the place was nice . But the living room couch pullout was not good to sleep on w/Thin mattress . And the TV didn't work in the living room . As well as the fan in the bathroom . Did see just 1 cockroach near the dishwasher . Other than that it was a lovely place, great area. And a good price except the fees/cleaning free was kinda step. We enjoyed our stay there. That's what counts .

A great time just as described
It was great close to grocery store/walmart..breakfast resturants view of ocean was what we expected..spent a couple evenings sitting on the patio enjoying the ocean view ...weather could not have been better...close to attractions ie dolphin tours..Margaritaville boawdwalk.. but really do need to have a vehicle to get around..really enjoyable relaxing trip thank you so much

Great little place with a view!
Property is great, exactly as described and pictured. The view from the balcony and windows is amazing. Easy beach access from the resort. Close to most everything you would want to do at Myrtle Beach. I had a question while there and the property manager was quick and efficient in responding. Great place to stay!

I would stay again.
Everything was great except the fan in the bathroom didn’t work. I wish there was a small washer and dryer in the unit. To be picky it was fairly clean but the bedroom dresser looked like it could use a wash down on the front. Need more silverware, only one butter knife and two steak knives. We only had one event to no fault of the owner, at about 12:30 one night we were notified there was an emergency in the building and to exit using the stairs. So 11 flights down and exited. No one told us when it was safe to go back in. After the fire trucks left and we saw others go in, so we followed. But there was only one security guy that told us to stand at the south side of the garage. I don’t know where he went. After about 10 minutes the girls were cold so we went to our car. So I was thankful for how the emergency was announced but I think the building could have done a better job organizing the tenants and keeping everyone calm with clear instructions.

Loved the property. It was clean and cute.
The balcony is very small and misleading from pictures online. The balcony is oceanfront by the place isn't. If your expecting to wake up to the ocean you have to go onto the balcony. the balcony has two chairs but the space is big enough for one person. Everything else is great. I just expected the balcony and rome to be ocean front.
