"We had an outstanding stay at Fivitel Cong Troi Dong Giang. The accommodation was clean and well furnished, the dining options were varied and delicious, the location is incredible, being right next to the beautiful waterfall. The accommodation is set in a securely gated resort, a buggy car transported us through the grounds to our accommodation. "I love the place definetly i will come back again with my family in the right season. The crew is very helpful & smile. Crew hospitality is the main thing. Lugguage barrier should have a crew that really knowledgable about english because sometimes even you have google translate they very hard to understand the word you try to explain. "예약후 택시를 타고 갔으나 호텔스닷컴이 알려준 주소에는 호텔이 존재하지 않았다. 홈페이지상의 전화로 통화를 몇차례 해보았으나 없는 번호라고 나왔다. 현지인들의 도움을 받아 호텔을 찾기위해 한시간 이상을 검색하고 찾아다녀 보았으나 결국 호텔찾는 것을 포기할수밖에 없었다. 결국 비용만 날리고 우리는 다른 숙박시설을 이용했다. 나는 호텔스닷컴이 환불해주기를 요구한다."

"Everything was really good, except hard beds and zero english was spoken. She was very nice and very helpful, used a translator app which was very nice but obviously the exact translations can get confusing at times. We found this with most of this city though.
