The villa has 4 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and balconies overlooking the garden, an equipped kitchen, laundry room, barbecue area and private parking. There is also a further bedroom with two single beds.

At the Ria Lounge House, you can go for walks in the quiet area, cycle along the canals of the estuary, go to the beach or practise water sports in the Ria da Aveiro.
