「My husband and I spent four nights at Ivonne's cottage. The property was just as pictured in the listing. The neighborhood is tranquil and close to restaurants, stores, and shops. The space was very open and comfortable. Ivonne had little extras like breakfast bars, water, and chocolate. We would stay here again!」

「We loved this location the first time we stayed last summer, so we were fortunate to be able to book a sudden getaway. Just what we needed. We enjoyed a rainy day with games and TV and cooking. Our second day was warmer and sunny. Everything was provided.」

「Close to everything (steps to Sedona Brewing), hot tub after those long beautiful hikes, short stroll into town. Studio apartment felt so spacious, modern and was equipped with absolutely everything. Fantastic stay!」

「My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay! The cottage was very clean and in a great location with an awesome view! If we visit Sedona again would definitely stay here!!」

「I absolutely loved staying here. The cottage was perfect and a lovely retreat. The fires at night were absolutely amazing. Love the location and a special shout-out to both Joe and Kyle. Joe has such a deep appreciation for the history and both were so passionate about the animals and what they were doing! Couldn’t recommend it enough!」

「Great location, beautiful home, fantastic property manager! Able to walk to many restaurants, shops, and antique stores. Very cozy home and quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay on subsequent visits!!」

「The cottage was absolutely perfect, and the panoramic view of mountains and the sunrise/sunset were even better. Super cozy sleeping/living quarters. Lake Montezuma is very quiet and has even less light pollution than Sedona. We stayed here and drove 30 minutes to Sedona to hike and explore, we will definitely be coming back to this spot when we're back in the area. Hosts were fantastic.」

「We loved having an open fire to heat the home (on top of the central heat of course) it created an amazing ambiance for Christmas time! The house backs right up to the edge of the forest so it is great for spontaneous hikes with the family! 」

「For my husband’s birthday we returned to the Cottage for a second time within a 2 month span. We were so enamored with our stay the first time, there was no question as to where we would want to be again. For us, staying at the Cottage is like being at a home away from home. Carissa has a unique ability to take every little want and need into account, creating the greatest sense of comfort you could ask for your family. Now that we have found this beautiful property, we plan to come back again...
