We bought very fresh food at nearby supermarket and grilled them for dinner. Staffs were really helpful while I sprained my ankle the first night. Appreciated their help."

"We booked the barrel suana cabin, it was a cute little cabin with an outdoor bath tub and wood fired sauna. All the staff were so professional, polite and friendly especially ishigawa and keiko. We are definitely coming back on our next trip to Japan. This place is a little piece of heaven . I recommend booking the private hot springs and suana. My compliments to all the staff , management and owner. EXCELLENT!!!!!"

"From the moment we arrived I felt like we received white glove service. The staff was friendly and spoke multiple languages, inc English. Checking in was super easy for us. "Amazing! I loved the private booking of the three different onsens. Very family friendly. Front desk host was super helpful, spoke sufficient English, was very kind and thorough. My kids loved the whole experience. The beds were very comfortable. Room service was also available. Check in early to get the most benefit for reserving the onsens. "
