Find Hotel with a Concierge in Motor Valley

"Our stay was wonderful due to friendly staff. Our room which was a suite was not . The couch was stained , white curtain behind the desk dirty along with the glass door. The carpet was worn torn in some areas and the shower needs a serious update. The drain in the shower did not drain well with standing water after the shower . Again it was close to main points and the staff was great !"

"Nice hotel overall. Staff were friendly and multilingual. Breakfast was nice (buffet italian style). Bed was comfortable (althought no duvet, just a sheet and thin blanket over the top... must be an italian thing). Good location near the train station. Air con worked reasonably well to cool the room from 30C to 21C. Although the controls were a bit confusing (said it was heating when it was cooling). The only issues were that the walls were quite thin, so when the woman next door was on...

"The room itself was very big and quite well laid out though I felt comfort could have been better especially the bed. This was a double bed but for all the space in the room the bed itself was quite small and the mattress not the most comfortable. Also I luckily found some extra pillows as the ones on the bed were almost inexistent. Apart from that, very helpful and friendly staff, amazing breakfast ( I wish I could eat more to enjoy what I missed out on) and the rest of the room comfortable. "
