Cozy cabin features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full laundry, large open living room, dining & kitchen area. Large bar that offers seating for 6. The covered front porch offers views of 2 beautiful stocked ponds. Covered back deck overlooks an inground private swiming pool. Catch & release fishing is available in the two stocked ponds on the property. This home has room for a large family vacation while offering privacy that would be perfect for a romantic getaway.
This property offers private country settings while still conveniently located within 35 minutes from Johnson City or Kingsport, 45 minutes from Sevierville and less than an hour from Knoxville.
**Note: this property does have a working farm on site. There is cattle in the fenced area and they are fed daily in the evenings. Electric fencing is used around the parameter of the pasture, please use caution.

Perfect Stay

First of all Sam and Nyki are the best host I have ever had to communicate with their rapid resposone and attention to deal were top notch. The home was fantastic NOTHING was missed to accommadate us at this home, you do not have to bring anything except your cloths, they have all the toiletries, tons of towels, wash cloths in baskets in the bathrooms for a stay Lots of shampoo and soap too. The kitchen has EVERYTHING and I mean just like I was at home you will not have to run out to the store to go get this and that. There was more than enough top shelve paper towels, top shelve toliet paper and extra garbage bags for your stay, The TV is basic dish but you can access Netflix and Prime too. AC and Heat was great it did not take long to cool the whole house down after being out all day and same for heat as we had a cold morning and turning the heat on, the house warmed up super fast. The rooms are all fantasic the beds are very comfortable. The decor is perfect for this home . There is lots of room to sit and socialize The back porch was great lots of room and covered which was great to keep us out of the rain, The pool area is very private with a large fence around it, Lots of parking in the drive way but no access to the garage. Access to the home is through 4 or 5 porch steps front and back door access, We could not of been more happy with our stay it was PERFECT, If we come back to this area I would stay here over and over again. Counry living at its finest.

Fall Foliage, Family, and Fun!

We visited in November and this home was perfect for our family of 10! Adorably decorated for Fall! Open floor plan in kitchen/dining room, hallway, and downstairs bath/bedrooms was very accessible for one family member in a wheelchair! They even provided snacks which the the kids and adults enjoyed! Plenty of pillows, blankets, games and even fishing poles if you wanted to fish in the beautiful ponds! The kids really enjoyed visiting the cows! If you forgot anything it was probably there from tolietries to laundry items! The location was great and not too far from Oak Meadows Farm wedding venue! Hosts were a joy to correspond with via messaging and always quick to reply! Thank you so much for making our visit so special! 10/10 recommend!

Very Beautiful House and Great Hosts

We were in town for a wedding and this cabin was great and fit our whole extended family. We had 8 adults and 4 kids (aged 8-10) and had plenty of room for everyone! The cabin was very clean, decorated adorably and had everything you could possibly need! We loved our stay, and the cows were an added bonus. It was great to sit in the back porch and have breakfast listening to the cows!!

Very clean and cozy.

We absolutely love visiting this place. My kids love the animals, ponds, and the pool. My husband and I enjoy the relaxation, quiet, coziness and cleanliness. We went for a walk and met some of the friendly neighbors. Highly recommend visiting.

Outstanding Property in Every Way

We came into town for a wedding and are so happy we found this place. Check-in was a breeze and once inside we were greeted by a very spacious and clean home. If you need space and comfort this is the place! Highly recommend!

Awesome place

Went in and everything looked like pictures. Had welcome basket in living room with all my favorite goodies. Restrooms has all plus extras in it like toothpaste ,toothbrush ,soap, shaving cream and more. The host were very thoughtful with or stay. Would give it more stars on review if possible.

Great stay

Honestly a well ran location. Super responsive and great communication. Those ponds have some good sized large mouth bass in them! It was a great experience because our youngest outfished his older brother. Thanks for the great memories!

Perfect cabin for our wedding weekend!

This cabin is awesome! All my groomsmen and I stayed at this cabin the night before my wedding, and we had so much fun hanging out enjoying our time together. The hosts were also very cooperative and friendly. These memories will last forever!

Amazing

This is a great place to just sit back and relax. This house had everything you need. We have never been to another VRBO that was so well stock. We brought motorcycles with us and the riding around this place was great also. Anytime we had a question the host was there to answer it for us at anytime. We would love to come back to this place some time in the future.

❤️ Thankful we found this beautiful spacious cabin so that all of my children and grandchildren could be together under one roof. The cabin is a very clean and well furnished home to enjoy meals and being together for memories. A big bonus for us was the pool! The hostess was quite generous, starting with a gigantic basket of snacks to welcome everyone. Cabinets and rooms are stocked with anything you could imagine you could need and possibly forgotten at home.. It was the best❤️ Thank you for all you do for your guest.

Family Vacation

Great vacation home! The pool was awesome and was enjoyed by the whole family! Nice and peaceful setting, especially when fishing in the morning and evening. House was extremely clean and stocked with everything you could need. Welcome basket was awesome as well! Communication with the host was great, always got prompt responses. This place was better than described, and we absolutely enjoyed it! Can’t say enough good things about it!

Wonderful- once again

Second time staying at this property and this stay was just as wonderful as the first time. The home is immaculately clean and has everything you need to make it your own for a few days. There is so much space- even with a big family you do not feel like you are constantly on top of each other. The kids loved swimming, fishing, visiting the cows and running around. Such a gem- we will be back!

Country living with amazing pool and more!

We had an amazing experience with this property...the owners thought of EVERYTHING! Most importantly, it was spotless, so clean and tidy. They had every possible item you could need being away from home, the pool was beautiful, the surroundings were quiet with the enjoyable cows visiting! Such a great place that was just the right distance from all the tourist attractions. Definitely a great time and highly recommend, the owners are great, spot on communication and so nice! Great job with your property!

Family Vacay

The property was exactly as described and pictured. Well deserving of all the stars you can give and more. Communication with the owners was great, place was well stocked, plenty of room for the 10 of us, pool was amazing and the cows…need I say more. Location was so quiet but you could be in Bristol or Sevierville in about an hour or Greenville is about 30 minutes. We will definitely be back!

Spacious, clean, peaceful

This is an amazing house! Beautifully decorated, lots of space, comfortable and perfect for getting away from crowds of people. The secluded location was lovely. We stayed here with our 3 kids. During the day, we visited the busy areas of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains (all about an hour away). We loved coming back to a peaceful, quiet place with a private covered back porch and pool. My husband and I also enjoyed the front porch and swing. The couch is very comfortable, the main bedroom has a firm mattress (which we prefer; so many houses have super soft mattresses). The host was very prompt about responding to my messages. We would recommend this place!

Family mini vacation

This property is absolutely beautiful. Me and my family had a wonderful time. we truly enjoyed the fishing, especially my grandson and we also enjoyed the pool. We made some wonderful memories on the back porch. That is also wonderful. Everything in the house just had so many things already available for us at our Convenience. The welcoming basket was a wonderful touch and also the peppermint candy Sam and Niki makes you feel so welcome. It is A wonderful place to stay and we will definitely be back.

A fantastically cozy place to stay

From the moment we walked through the door we knew we would feel like we were at home. This cabin is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. The property is beautiful. The farm setting helped us unwind after our long race days at Bristol speedway. We will book this one again when we come back through.

Very Clean and Accommodating Country Home

Rented for extended family coming down to Tennessee for funeral service of brother-in-law. Place was very nice and very accommodating. Very clean and welcoming. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Large kitchen with all the amenities of home; utensils, cooking pots, baking pans and dishes, spices, coffee pods with sugar and creamers. Large living area to gather. Large upstairs area, accommodating to place air mattresses in very large bedroom as well as in open game area. Second bathroom upstairs is inside large bedroom. Makes it a bit awkward for non immediate family members to use during the night. Very nice outdoor area, front and back deck. Does have several steps for entry. Side steps easier to climb because not as steep, but railing only on front steps. Loved the view from the front porch with swing and rockers. Owners very responsive to all questions and needs. So thankful for such a homey place to spend with family.
