Comfortable modern home has privacy and amazing views of the village and the mountains. Enjoy a meal or relaxing on our beautiful modern deck! 15 minutes from Stowe Mountain Resort-great access for skiing in the winter and biking in the summer. A quick drive to Shaw's grocery and 5 minutes to charming Stowe Village. Come home to a cozy seat in front of the gas fireplace and amazing views from the balcony.

A comfortable first floor master, and two bedrooms and bath upstairs. Premium mattresses and bedding make for a great night's sleep before your next adventure. Our bathrooms are on the small and cozy side, but very clean.
A private home on 4 acres with great views. A full kitchen and full sized washer and dryer as well. Each bedroom and the family room have AC units should you book during the heat of the summer!

There is a small long term rental apartment on the lowest floor/basement level of the property, but no shared spaces. You will see his car but otherwise not run into each other!

Four of us stayed at this property and it was perfect for what we needed. Beautiful view and perfect distance for us to ski at multiple places during our trip. Host was very responsive and the check in process couldn’t have been any easier. She gave us suggestions of what to do and where to go as well. Over all we were happy with the stay.

Great location, great communication
The property is located outside of Stowe, about 15 mins to Stowe Mountain Resort. There are great views of the valley looking down into Stowe. The house size worked well for our party of 4 and a dog. Many thanks to Karen for being responsive and prompt to reply when the pending snow storm threatened our arrival day/time, she was a pleasure to deal with.

Such a great find!
We stayed here with family (3 adults, 2 kids and our dog) for a long weekend and had a lovely stay. The house was very well appointed and so convenient to town - a short 5 minutes to all of the shopping and restaurants in Stowe. The gas fireplace made our stay! And we loved the view. Rustic Stowe Stay
This house is close to hiking, restaurants, breweries, biking and skiing. Our July stay was toasty even with the portable air conditioners. The kitchen is well stocked for making and serving your own meals.

Quiet stay close to Stowe
A quick car ride away from Stowe, this property was convenient for what we wanted - a getaway for the family. It was secluded and quiet, enough room to house a family, including a bunk bed. While the bathrooms were small, we didn't think it was a problem at all. The deck is nice for a barbeque outside. All in all, we loved the place!

Perfect ski getaway
We had an excellent time at Karen’s house! The proximity to the mountain, downtown Stowe and Trapp Lodge was ideal for our group. The fenced in backyard was perfect for the dogs and our 1 year old had a great time sledding for the first time. The house is well equipped for cooking meals and all of the bathrooms had shampoo, body wash, hair dryers, etc. we had the pleasure of meeting the downstairs neighbor who couldn’t have been nicer! We woke up one morning to him clearing the snow off of our cars and shoveling the steps and deck for us. We will definitely be back. Thanks, Karen!

Perfect getaway to ski at Stowe
My family of 5 (kids ages 14, 12 and 9) loved staying at Karen's house. The beds are super comfortable. There was plenty of space, warm showers and loads of movies, games and books. We spent a good bit of our time skiing at Stowe which is only 20 minutes away. The kitchen was well stocked and I easily prepared all our meals at home. There's a grocery store 5 minutes down the road if you need to replenish. I also used instacart to help us get started. The house is quiet and relaxing. The driveway isn't too steep either, thank goodness because our minivan isn't so great in the snow. Karen was an awesome communicator responding when we had any questions. We are bummed to be home and hope we can venture back to Stowe and come back here for another stay.

The property is located in a beautiful area with an amazing view. The property owner was very responsive. That said, the blinds could use updating (which is the plan per property owner) and I wish the bathrooms were a little bigger but overall a great stay!
