"This hotel is beautiful and MASSIVE!! We stayed here for 6 nights and had a great experience! They offer a super convenient shuttle service to the train station at no cost. The limousine bus to and from Narita and Haneda airport are paid service for affordable. (But the bus schedule ends early, around 6pm I believe, so we didn’t have the opportunity to ride from the airport since our flight arrived later.) The staff were helpful, and always ready with a smile. This property was across the beach, so our kiddos loved that. The only downside was that, the hotel location is quite far from all the attractions we did. Disney, TeamLap, Kidzania, Sakura district, Tokyo tower etc. (They’re all over 1.5 by train) But we were able to still move around because the train station from the hotel is walkable! If you’re looking for a more quiet stay, and don’t mind hopping from one train to another then this will be the right place for you! "

"They cleaned the place every few days (new clean towels almost daily), were able to understand some English, and were overall very kind. Will be using APA again. The bath was always hot and the shower a great level of water pressure. Also rooms have fast/free WiFi. There is also coin laundry on the 1st floor. It is less than a block from the subway (2 different entry gates), and a few blocks away from JR Yamanote Line (about a 15-20 minute walk). The prices for each night were very reasonable too. Near the JR line and Okachimachi station, some amazing food and restaurants. Also never heard my neighbors in the rooms next to mine. Each room also has free VOD with a ton of shows/movies. Excited for my next visit. "

"I like almost everything about it, checking in rather slow though because they only have so many staffs and counter. But, apart from that all the facilities are excellent. It’s quite old but it’s clean, I love the feet massager and the welcome lounge, it’s quite unique for a hotel to have that."
