"When we arrived the front desk was empty. There was no bell to ring. I waited for 30 min and then this lady comes walking in from the front doors with her keys. She said she had to run out so there was literally NO ONE working there or on site for over 30 min. I waited 30 min to check in and there was a lady sitting in the lobby that said the front desk worker had left the building 20 min before we walked in so she was gone nearly an hour. "

"My husband and I stay here when we come to visit our son and DIL. We haven’t been disappointed. However our check in this trip was a bit frustrating. We do book through a 3rd party Hotels.com. We had a confirmed King room. Granted we did book the same day. When we got there we were told there were none available and that we will have 2 Queen beds. While I waited for my husband in the lobby the same clerk stopped someone from housekeeping and asked if “the 3 king” rooms had been cleaned to which...
