Lilliana, the owner of the property and the host was very friendly & welcoming, and her recommendations for good restaurants nearby, or places to visit in Budva were really good! "This property was outstanding. We had a mix up with the room I booked which was a deluxe villa but got a basic room. The hosts were really apologetic and should be issuing a refund for the difference. The breakfast was outstanding and its a 10 minute walk to the old town so location could not be better. The parking was very challenging so if you are driving this could be an issue its a very step incline with a tight turn into a driveway walls on all sides. We could not find the villa and...

Nach 45 Minuten haben wir nochmals versucht alle 3 vorhandenen Nummern anzurufen: es ging keiner mehr ran. Wir mussten uns kurzfristig ein neues Hotel suchen. Die Nachricht des Betreibers: es wäre besser wir suchen uns ein neues Hotel, die Mitarbeiterin sei kurzfristig im Krankenhaus und er im Ausland."

"Definitely a 5* hotel. Staff so friendly & helpful too. Arrived early & greeted with a welcome drink & room was made available with an upgrade too. Room great! Shame about the building work next door but didn’t affect us-just a little dusty when we walked outside. Would recommend to friends"

"This was a fabulous stop for our day to Kotor. Historic buildings right on the waterfront. We arrived Kate and the restaurant remained open to provide us a wonderful dinner. Room was beautiful with fabulous waterfront views Highly recommend this place!"

"The property was nicely remodeled - the rooms are great, including a comfortable mattress. The breakfast in the adjacent restaurant offers a very large amount of portions from a multiple course menu. It was very delicious. Also, the proximity to Old Town Budva and the waterfront makes it prime real estate. I highly recommend this hotel. "
