This beautiful nineteenth-century country house is located on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Monteleone Sabino, in the Sabine Mountains, between the valleys of Turano and Farfa. It is very close to the ruins of the archaeological site of "Trebula Mutuesca", one of the most important in the Lazio region. The house is tastefully furnished and has typical features of the farmhouses in the area, such as wooden beams, stone or tile floors and fireplace. The garden with its beautiful pool and partially shaded areas invites you to relax. Enjoy the panoramic view over the valleys of Sabina and the Benedictine church of Santa Vittoria (150 m). This villa is an ideal place for civil and religious weddings. Indeed, on request it is possible to organize weddings and catering service. Two bedrooms have access to a terrace overlooking the garden.
