Me and my fiancée decided to take a vacation for the New Year. Secrets was one of the best hotels I’ve visited thus far. Staff were extremely friendly, hotel was clean, and food was amazing. Definitely will be returning in the near future for a family trip.

This is a large property because it is 3 resorts in 1. Ask for a tour on your first day. Beautiful water. Don't even bother with the Mexican restaurant.

Everything about this resort was great, except for the service at one of the seafood restaurants, Oceana. Our server, Nadine, took over 20 minutes to take our order and then forgot to bring the food. We waited nearly an hour before asking another waitress to remind her to serve our meal. To make matters worse, her arrogant attitude completely ruined what would have otherwise been a perfect experience, like a bad apple spoiling the whole bunch.

Overall good experience at the resort. The food and staff are great. What we didn’t like was the cleanliness and condition of the rooms. They were not cleaned to a 5star expectation and has a very outdated feel.
