Villa Laura (180 sqm) develops over two levels connected by an external staircase.

Outside, a shady veranda awaits with an alfresco dining area, overlooking a large garden covering 2000 sqm. The garden features a private swimming pool (measuring 2.5 x 8 m; with a depth of 1.2m; open from 23 March to 30 November) as well as a large sun terrace furnished with sun loungers.
