Recently renovated, Chalet Evergreen is a cottage style 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that offers 2500 sqft of living space and amenities.

Step inside and be greeted by the expansive living space that exudes comfort and relaxation. The open-concept design allows for a seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Large windows frame panoramic views of the old growth trees creates a picturesque backdrop that immerses you in the beauty of the natural surroundings.
Finished with Scandinavian style contemporary interiors, you immediately feel the charm of the chalet's wooden living area, dining, and kitchen areas which offer idyllic open-concept living in the woods and plenty of bright, natural light. Equipped with a two cozy indoor fireplaces, two separate kitchens (one on each level).

Built amongst old-growth forests, this estate offers the best of privacy and convenience - 8 minutes drive from the ski base camp at Mont Tremblant, shops, restaurants and 16 min ride to Mont Blanc ski resort.

The living area beckons with a cozy fireplace, providing the perfect setting to unwind after a day of adventure on the slopes. Sink into plush furnishings and enjoy the ambiance of a crackling fire as you recount the day's escapades. The open-concept design ensures that everyone can be part of the conversation, whether you're preparing a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen or lounging in the stylish dining area.

The main level (upper level) living area opens to an open concept kitchen w/ large dining area and it seamlessly flows into the chalet's rustic wooden decor living area with fireplace. This level also offers a wrap around deck space with outdoor seating and BBQ grill to enjoy the expansive natural views year round. This large open-concept living space includes a kitchen, living room, formal dining area, open storage and a sofa bed right opposite the fireplace to enjoy the warmth of a natural fire while cozying up in a comfortable bed (This got to be our favourite thing to do).

The master bedroom is located on the upper level with King bed and comfortable twin bed which expands to a double bed and ample closet space.

Every bedroom is designed with clean lines and minimalist décor. Next you enter the second bedroom having a rustic all wooden theme with a Queen bed and closet. Lastly, the third bedroom is designed with a nature accent wall with a very comfortable and spacious King bed.

The lower level consists of two well-appointed living areas which provides a cozy spot to unwind after a day of outdoor adventures. Relax on the comfortable sofa, enjoy the Tv with your favorite streaming service and snuggle up with your loved ones near the indoor fireplace. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living space to the kitchen.

Located along Mtée Ryan very close to Scandinave Spa. It is an 8 minute drive along Mtée Ryan to reach the Mont Tremblant Ski resort and 5 min drive to Mont tremblant pedestrian village with over 30 restaurants & 30 boutiques, casino and live entertainment. Also around, hiking, biking & cycling, tennis, health spas, rafting, zip-line, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and more for you to explore

-Enjoy keyless entry through Yale and August smart lock systems
-The lower level is enhanced with dual mode (day/night) pot lights. To change the mode, switch off the lights, wait for 3 seconds and turn back on to enjoy the ambience.
-This is a charming yet rustic chalet which may have some imperfections and we are constantly trying to improve
-BBQ grill is covered and non-functional from Dec - April.
- There are no adjoining stairs and are no adjoining stairs inside and you have to go from outside to the other unit.
● Check-in is after 3:00 pm
● Check-out is at 10:00 am
● No shoes in the house
● Please do not drag luggage to avoid ruining the floor
● No food on the couch or in the bedrooms to not stain the sheets and linens
● No smoking, drugs, cannabis, or illegal substances anywhere on the property. It will result in a $250 fine.
●MUST TAKE OUT GARBAGE:
Green bins for recycling
Brown for Compost (Do NOT throw this in black bins)
Black for other garbage
●We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
●We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
● Must wash all dishes before leaving.
● Max number of people in the unit should be what is stated upon booking
●There is a $50 per guest per day fee for each undisclosed guest.
●There will be a 30$ convenience fee if we have to return forgotten items.
● Please only use the color towels for the hot tub to avoid ruining our regular white towels.
● Please avoid using white towels to remove makeup. Kindly use makeup removal pads or the black towels provided to remove makeup.
