"Isa and Michele are lovely hosts. Their vineyard is a magical place with lovely views across the valley and the mountains. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable for 2 couples but can accommodate up to 6 people. The place is child and pet friendly. The swimming pool is very nice. "I booked two rooms and one of the rooms had non-working A/C and a back door to a common veranda that wasn't possible to lock. The management promised to refund the room but no refund was made. Hotels.com told me the property refused to refund. They had washer and dryers that automatically shut off at night making it impossible to open up the washer door to retrieve your clothes - the door was locked as the program wasn't finished. When I tried to call them for support, I got no answers. Location...
