The Villa features two elegant suites: one suite with two single beds and another with a double bed, both with private bathrooms equipped with bathtubs, ensuring privacy and comfort for guests. Additionally, there is another double bedroom and a full bathroom with a bathtub, along with a convenient guest WC. The spacious living and dining room, with a table for up to 8 people and comfortable sofas for 6 additional guests, creates the perfect setting for socializing and unwinding. The modern kitchen, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, is ideal for preparing delicious meals, while the laundry room, with a washing machine and dryer, adds extra convenience during your stay.

The exterior of Villa Monchique Royal is equally inviting, featuring a private pool surrounded by comfortable loungers, offering the perfect setting to relax under the mountain sun. An outdoor dining area, equipped with tables, chairs, and a portable barbecue, invites you to enjoy meals with family or friends in the fresh air. The spacious parking area provides enough room for multiple vehicles.

Starting in 2025, guests will also be able to enjoy additional luxury amenities, including a jacuzzi and heated pool, further enhancing the level of relaxation and pleasure during their stay.

We accept pets, with the condition that guests take responsibility for any potential damages.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and they do not align with the property’s changeover day, please contact us with an inquiry before proceeding with the booking, so we can confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always a great addition to your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will be between 5°C and 8°C higher than it would be without heating.

The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, flexibility may be offered during the low season).

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (although flexibility may be offered during the low season).

Group security deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card)

Pricing

Prices are for up to 6 people.
For the 7th to the 12th guests, an additional fee will be charged, which includes an extra bed (€91 each, per week). For young children (infants/toddlers), a cot is available for €21 each, per week.
