Amazing holiday accommodation
The address on site is not correct but only had to wait ten minutes for someone to come. The place was clean and modern with a lovely pool. Everything needed was supplied including lovely welcome local artisan drinks and biscuits. Pebble beach short walk away, drive to sandy beaches. Coastal walk to nearest tabac about 40 minutes. Very scenic. Short drive for lots of restaurants but book in advance. Beautiful part of the world. Lovely holiday.

Excellente semaine
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce gîte très confortable (les lits sont effectivement très bons), très propre et très bien équipé (nous avons même pu faire une raclette ! ). La piscine est aussi très agréable et très bien entretenue. Le GR34 passe à 5 minutes de la maison ce qui permet de se balader aussi sans la voiture et une petite crique est à 5 minutes à pieds également. Une très bonne adresse qui permet d’alterner balades et visites des environs.

Calme et bien être
Maison avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour. Le local SPA couvert et chauffé avec accès direct au salon est un vrai plus pour un séjour hors saison. La maison est lumineuse et agréable à vivre, propre, lit confortable, bien équipée. Calme, sérénité et bien être sont au rendez-vous. La plage et les balades côtières sont à proximitées et les commerces à peine 10 mn en voiture. Merci à Julien pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité, les bonnes adresses qui nous ont permises de nous régaler toute la semaine. Un hôte au top!! Sans oublier les délicieuses crêpes et gâteau breton de la voisine Colette , qui peuvent être commandés et livrés à domicile😉 cela aurait été dommage de s en priver😝 Encore merci pour tout🙂

Wir kamen sehr spät abends an, trotzdem hat der Vermieter auf uns gewartet, er war sehr freundlich und zugewandt. Das Haus hat für uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen, es ist groß, sehr gut eingerichtet, hat in der Küche alles, was man brauchen könnte und mehr. Wir hatten Freunde zum Abendessen eingeladen und es war genug Geschirr da für alle. Wir würden das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die Gegend ist landschaftlich sehr schön und es gibt im Umkreis von 50 km unendlich viel zu sehen.

Très belle location
Très bonne prise de contact avec l’hôte. Tout se fait facilement. La location est très bien placée proche du GR34, où les paysages sont magnifiques. La maison est très propre, la piscine intérieure est un vrai plus! Rien à redire sur l’équipement, il y a tout le nécessaire. Les meubles et la déco ( même si ce n’est qu’accessoire ) font que la maison est loin des standards habituels. Nous reviendrons.

La maison est confirme à la description. Notre hôte nous a accueilli. Il est très serviable. La propriété est très fonctionnelle. La piscine couverte un vrai plus. La région est magnifique. (35mn de Concarneau 25mn de Pont Aven 7 mn du centre ville et ses commerces). A quelques minutes d'un superbe sentier côtier.

(4 adultes et deux enfants 3 et 7 ans) Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette jolie maison/appartement. C'était propre, bien équipée, décorée avec goût, bien située. La piscine intérieure chauffée et sécurisée est un vrai plus pour la Bretagne. Les crêpes de la voisine Colette sont un plus également. Le propriétaire est agréable et disponible.

Malgré la distanciation et le masque Julien nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux. Il a pris le temps de tous nous expliquer la maison les balades les visites etc. La maison est exceptionnelle confortable il n'y manque rien on s'y sent comme chez soi. Nous nous sommes ressourcée ainsi que les enfants et les petits-enfants c'est un endroit très calme. Que dire de la piscine merveilleux. Petite pensée à Colette pour ses crêpes merci encore. Merci encore à vous Julien pour ces merveilleuses vacances.

Schönes Haus mit phantastischem Pool
Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig im Grünen gelegen. Im Untergeschoss gibt es eine Wohnung, die dauerhaft bewohnt ist. Dies störte uns jedoch nicht. Wir genossen vor allem den einfach phantastischen Indoor-Pool und den Töggeli-Kasten (Tischfussball). So hatten wir viel Spass und einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank Julien Chalony!

Superbe maison bien placée
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine au mois de juillet 2019. Cette maison, située au calme et proche de la mer restera un très bon souvenir de vacances ! La maison est très bien équipée et confortable. Sa situation idéale nous a permis de réaliser plusieurs activités comme la détente à la plage, la visite de Carnac et de quiberon, la visite du zoo de pont-scorff, la navigation sur le Belon et l’aven, la visite de pont-aven, la ville de Concarneau, etc. L’accueil par le propriétaire ainsi que sa disponibilité pour de bons conseils ne sont qu’un plus. Bref, à recommander.

Komfortables Ferienhaus in schöner Lage
Modernes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Schönes Hallenbad, alles wie es sein soll. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist hervorragend für Ausflüge nach Quimper, Concarneau, Pont-Aven, Carnac etc. Wir empfehlen es in jeder Hinsicht.

Maison idealement placée pour randonnées, course à pied et pour la decouverte de la region. Maison agréable et bien équipée en cuisine. Toutefois les salles de bains sont à revoir (manque de pression, baignoire s´affaissant, tige de douche mal fixée) et les canapés sont à changer rapidement car contrairement rapiécés.
