"Okay we have rated the overall stay as good. The property and rooms were good and comfortable. The staff excellent. BUT the breakfast left sooo much to be desired, not the least of which was what should have been hot food actually being hot, even just warm, but every morning what should have been hot food was stone cold. Memo to restaurant manager- invest in some heat lamps to keep bacon, eggs, sausages pancakes, fish etc at least warm. It was such a let down. Without doubt the coldest hot food...

"Super friendly and helpful when checking in / out. Clean, cheerful and conveniently placed additional items by the elevators if you need them. "Simple minimalist design. Beautiful hotel, lovely staff very polite although communication was a challenge because of the language barrier. Few issues though: Limited room service menu and only available until 10.30. As we arrived late we had to sleep hungry after a very long journey. All restaurants were fantastic but huge elaborate set menus only. Need a restaurant with casual quick dinning. Pillows were so hard to sleep on, very hard. "The check-in time is 3:00 pm and it's a bit strict. If one wants to check-in before 3, the half day rent has to be paid. More or less services are quite good. Rooms are equipped with bare minimum necessary stuff. Access to local food and few nearby restaurants. The breakfast is a bit monotonous and typically not many options. Overall, experience was Ok. "

"Pros: the price is quite good, the area is pretty convenient, and the staff is very friendly. Also, I really liked the onsen. Cons: I wanted to change my dates because a Typhoon was coming the same dates of my traveling and they refused, so I would not recommend this place for this reason. Also the onsen floor was very dirty which is a shame as the onsen itself is pretty nice and looks like recently renewed. "We stayed here with our two year old and four month old. Excellent view from the ocean-facing room and very family friendly. The room was very comfortable and the restaurants in the hotel were good. There’s bike hire available for the kids and a very clean indoor pool (outdoor pool closed when we visited as it was winter)"
