"It’s nice"

"Stay here almost every time we stay in Springfield. Can’t beat this place for the price. Only complaint for me is that since they’ve remodeled they no longer have to futon style couches in the king suite rooms. They have 2 chairs and an end table instead. Something to keep in mind if you’re banking on using the couch for an extra bed. The pictures still show a couch but according to the front desk, the only rooms now with the couch is the penthouse. Still a great place to stay for the price. "

"I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Six Cord Apartments By Barsala. From the very beginning, the experience fell significantly short of expectations. Firstly, the property itself did not resemble the photos provided on the listing. The room was significantly different, appearing much less appealing and less well-maintained than advertised. Secondly, the check-in process was confusing and frustrating. The instructions provided in the email conflicted with...

"I booked lake front accommodations but was unaware that the building I was staying in was adjacent to the main resort itself. The interior was nice but the outside of the buiding and the grounds it was on was no where as nice as the rest of the resort. I would stay here again but would not stay in this building considering the high price."

"It was a nice, safe place. The view from the patio was nice. The lawn on the golf course was well taken care of. The squirrels were definitely entertaining. The stay was comfortable. The property had a few issues mostly small things. The patio door was hard to open which could be difficult for older occupants. The HVAC unit is on the porch which was a little loud since it is right outside the bedroom. We would stay there again. Parking was good which is great compared to many places. "

"Rental and suite were very nice. They did a great job renovating the mercantile. Only downside was the area was pretty rundown. It was right on the katy trail so if you bike, it would be awesome. Price was a lot cheaper than in Hermann too."

"It took over an hour to check in which was nerve wracking after an 8 hr drive with 2 grandkids-our reservation with them didn’t agree with what we booked and what was confirmed. It was remedied by the resort the next morning. All the staff that we dealt with were very helpful and kind. The facility was wonderful and in a great location. I will definitely book with them again, and I’d recommend that anyone reading this should book with them too. "

AMAZING CUSTER SERVICE!!

"This has been our third or fourth stay here. My family loves staying here when we see Monster Jam or if we have medical appointments. A few things that keeps us coming back back is the the staff. The front staff are amazing. There is a lady she has long braids and she is always there when I check in the evening and she is AMAZING everytime. I came in this time and she recognized who I was. The hotel could use some updates but who cares! The breakfast is amazing and they have WiFi which you don’t have to pay for! Thank you for another amazing stay and we will see you soon!! "

Anniversary stay

"We booked the presidential suite for our Anniversary. The room was great and spacious. My only complaint and not even really a complaint was most things in Branson are closed for the winter and we were excited to eat at Jack Henry’s and have a few drinks for our anniversary at Wildwood Bar but they were also closed down as well. Overall great stay "

"Thanks to the very nice young lady at the front desk the time of check-in - my stay was even more amazing! I informed her that I was there for Thanksgiving but to also celebrate my birthday. She said, oh well I have something to make it more special! When I got to my room, I had an amazing view of the Arch!! Thank you , thank you - for making my trip to the Lou even more special! "
