“The Snowbowl Suite” is a brand new 2 bed 1 bath top floor Loft condo overlooking the City of Missoula. Modern clean lines, new stainless-steel appliances, modern furniture and cozy beds. The 2 private decks overlook the city lights, Snowbowl Ski Area and the North Hills of Missoula. Be the first to stay in this newly completed building! The Condo sits just off SW Higgins that leads to Downtown and The University. Take in UofM Grizzly games, run the Missoula Marathon or take in one of the great concerts put on by Logjam Presents and enjoy all that Missoula has to offer. There is a free city bus stop across the parking lot. Across the street is Patty Creek Market, a local grocery store that carries an assortment of Montana made creations and a great deli with an assortment of grab and go food. The building has a keypad access to access the building and the unit to provide a safe enjoyable stay and flexible check in.

This apartment was just perfect for my week stay in Missoula. Kelly was amazing at communicating and making sure our stay was comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed, we made a small grocery run and we were set. The views of the mountains are a plus. We will definitely be using this apartment more often when we come to visit our college student.

Well stocked for a family of four, great views from two balconies. Easy on street parking. Upper level apartment with no elevator, so be prepared to walk one flight of stairs. Overall we’d definitely stay here again!

Great clean apartment
A friend and I stayed here for a quick trip and everything went smoothly. The property is really nice and clean, seems very new. Everything worked well in the apartment. Parking is on the street but we didn't have any issues finding a spot. It's about 2 miles from downtown so location is good while not being super busy like downtown.

The apartment was in excellent condition, modern, attractive and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable providing good nights of rest. The views of the mountains from every window and two balconies were great, perfect for someone experiencing this part of the country and Montana for the first time. Kelly is very friendly, personable and responsive. I would highly recommend this property.

Loved this Missoula apartment!
Absolutely loved this apartment. We stayed here 3 weeks and enjoyed our entire stay. Great location with awesome views of Missoula and the surrounding mountains. The best part of the apartment was how quiet it was. No street and neighbor noise whatsoever. Kelly made our stay easy with clear instructions and quick replies to all our needs. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. We loved the easy access to downtown and the Hwy 93 restaurants and shopping south of town. Nearby hiking and walking trails were great. We'd definitely stay here again!

Best getaway location!
We loved our stay! Everything was super easy and communicated to us very well. Check in and out was super convenient. The building itself was quiet, we heard no one in the halls or outside! The AC worked amazing and was needed in the 35° heat. Kitchen was well stocked with tools and plates/cups. We also had more than enough soap and toilet paper for our stay. Kelly was easy to get ahold of and even left a bottle of wine to enjoy while we relaxed one evening! Would stay here again!

Weekend stay for football game
We were in town for a football game. The condo was super clean and cute. It came with a well stocked kitchen- Keurig with pods, a bottle of red wine, ice, cooking supplies. The bathroom was also nicely appointed with clean towels, full size toiletries, and hairdryer. Washer and dryer with laundry supplies. Very comfortable beds. Lots of windows in the condo with a nice view. A couple minute drive to great food, downtown and campus. We didn’t have any issues and it was easy to access late at night after a long drive from Oregon. We would definately stay here again.
