"Pro: Staff was amazing, from the premium concierge, to the wait staff, to the bartenders. The location was gorgeous. Cons: The rooms were spacious, almost to a fault, what I mean by that is that the rooms are quite large and have small details that seemed to get missed by housecleaning. The food was lack luster. We were on the 8th floor and the tower we were in only had one working elevator."

"The property is beautiful but needs some fixing inside the rooms as the water was leaking and the bugs were always inside.it says it’s a luxury villla but the repairs it needs doesn’t justify the price. It’s also probably not best to go in June as it is the rainy season and the water tends to get murky in the river. The beach is accesible and there are plenty of water taxi options. It’s only about 30 minutes in a car from puerto Vallarta which is nice. Overall the property was ok."

"Our stay at Villa Lala was spectacular. The views of the ocean were beautiful beyond words. The gardens were landscaped perfectly and the photos could never do it justice. The staff was very kind, special shout out to Catalina who made our stay extra special. We will absolutely be back. "

"Loved staying here, totally worth it. I did not do the all inclusive, but I did eat at the rooftop pool twice. Food and drinks were great… don’t be afraid to travel outside of the resort it is very calm and safe. Open table has amazing restaurant options."
