"We rented this house to take our 17 year old son and his friends for a lake getaway to celebrate the end of the school year. It was a fantastic trip for them. The house had every amenity possible both inside and at at the lake. The hosts, Daniel and Zach, were incredibly responsive, nice, and helpful. The location of the house was perfect. Close to the Food Lion and restaurants and of course lakefront! There was nothing we needed at all and even if we did, I know help was just a phone call away....

"A group of us gathered for a bit of a staycation from the Richmond area. We had a ladies night on Friday and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better location!! Saturday we had some other friends join us for food on the water and it was the most relaxing setting for us to reset and connect. The kitchen was pleasantly stocked with utensils and gadgets, one friend was like "wow, they have everything!". The yard and patios are well maintained and perfect for gathering, and we really enjoyed...

"This was a great rental, the owners were excellent. They kept you well informed had everthing stocked up towels ,soaps, toilet paper everthing you need. The home was equipped with games ,air hockey ,kayaks and books. Very quiet lake no gas motors peaceful. Would I stay here again? Definitely!!!"

"The owners are the BEST! Once we booked, we had their contact info and any questions we had they answered QUICKLY! The house was perfect for our group. We celebrated our parents 50th wedding Anniversary, and the owners had flowers, cupcakes and a personalized note waiting for us when we arrived. We had perfect weather for the week! The kitchen is fully stocked! The house was very neat when we arrived. The 2 master bathrooms could use some blinds on the windows in the bathrooms as well as places...

"This is a nice, older large house on the lake. It was a good location, right on the lake, and there were enough canoes and floats for the kids to use, with spare life jackets. Our only gripe was that the kitchen was not well-equipped. There were no pots and the pans, knives cookware was really old and unusable. So much so that we went to the local store and bought two pots and a frying pan for our use. One of the upstairs bedrooms did not have any side tables. Where do you put your water glass...

"This was the perfect house for our large family. The owner was great to communicate with and had the house well stocked (dishes, utensils, pots and pans etc) and clean. The beds were so comfortable and the dock was amazing. Our group caught a ton of bass too! Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home and we hope to be back again soon!"
