"A really lovely stay at a Japanese guesthouse run by a very sweet old couple. The house is in immaculate condition with charming touches everywhere. To boot, there is a marvellously manicured garden in the European style as well as a private furo bath. The guesthouse owners waited late for us and made sure we were well-taken care of. "We had an emergency with our toddler and had to go to the hospital. The staff were outstanding and helped us every step of the way. This was old school service and we were made to feel like more than just guests. We were made to feel like family. We cannot thank them enough. "
