"Over all great. The heating system needs work. There is just one steam heater at the top of the stairs for 4 bedrooms. The heater in the master bedroom on the first floor sounded like a train rolling into a station. It clinked and clanked all night long. "The property was even better then the pictures displayed. Located just around the corner from Main Street in downtown Frankenmuth. Every room had comfy beds and they were ALL very spacious. The interior was nicely decorated for the holiday season. The kitchen had a very large table with plenty of seating, and any gadget you will need for your stay. I highly recommend this place for your gathering. You can't beat it for the price either. Great communication with the owner. 5 star...
