"The hotel’s location in the center of the town is excellent. The restaurant and bar area has a lovely ambience, but food is a little expensive. Our room was basicit was the cheapest, but it was clean and perfectly adequate. If we came again, we would bring a hairdryer the one that was there was virtually useless, and the plugs are on the opposite side from the bed so an extension lead would be useful if you want to have the phone charging by your bed. "The receptionists were very kind and professional. The only thing I think that could be better is the cleaning. There were a lot of dust in the room and even asking for a cleaning later, they didn’t cleaned. "

"Amazing hotel. Entrance lobby and rooms were exceptional. The room was bigger than most flats in London Had dinner in the restaurant and was very very good. Steak tartare was one of the best I’ve had and Burrata salad was right up there. Only down point were the “fries” 9/10 apart from that with value in mind. Breakfast selection was very impressive, only moan is that the cooked section was a little dry. Needs something to add moisture/sauce to it all. Will go back for sure "

"Easy, friendly check in. We were early but left our luggage at reception, and still got our room earlier than check in time! Breakfast was delicious, plenty to choose from, the pancakes were yummy! Rooms very comfortable and was great having a bath and a separate shower. So close to the centre too! Would stay here again for sure."

"When we arrived at the hotel at nigh we could't get into the hotel. We had to stay outside in the cold for almost 1 hour and half because nobody were present to attend us. We had to call and if you don't have a phone to call your will stay out!"
