Everything is going. 15min walk to central stations. 10min walk to metro station. Only one weird thing happened was someone opened the room door and light until we came back at 10pm. I think that was someone checking the air conditioner. Nothing was missing or moving. Btw they have security all time.

We were given a wrong passcode so had to stay outside waiting for nearly an hour. Then the room was not cleaned so we had to move to another room. Take a lot of time and too much hassle when travelling with kids. The rooms weren’t prepared for 4 guests as there are no bedding/towels for the kids and we had to do bedding ourselves. The condition of the new room is good, clean and modern. Area is okay but doesn’t look very safe at night. Customer service team was available to assist on whatapps, a bit slow to reply but generally helpful.

Very nice apartments, but unfortunately rooms are very hot. The lowest AC goes is 24 celsius but ours would not go lower than 27 celsius which is not comfortable

Main bed was comfortable. Bunk beds were terrible. Shower head sprayed everywhere so that the floor always got wet. Quiet neighborhood and close to metro. Kitchen was nice to have but we didn’t stay long enough to use it. Nice to have a washer - did use that. Outside blinds darkened the apartment

Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. While I was hoping for a comfortable and pleasant stay, I encountered several issues particularly with air conditioning. Returning to a 28 degrees room temperature after a long day was a nightmare and kids almost fell sick. Vacation is about to get ruined with my numerous complains about the AC it was the same excuse that it will get cooler by the day. I would not shy to give a one star rating. Thanks.

Its very difficult to coordinate without any front desk as you get a response after quite sometime and then they say nothing can be done now we will see tomorrow what best can be done and the. Tomorrow again nothing is done and story repeats Expedia takes no responsibility and leaves everything on the property owner

Could have been awesome. Staff from complex that supports the location was great and room was very clean. However, the room never got lower than 27.1C which is 80F. We called the first night and they said they would have someone came the next day. They either didn’t come or didn’t fix it. We called again the second night where they said they would see if they could find a fan or anything to make it better—and that if they didn’t fix it, they would see if they could move us to a different room. There was no more follow-up. Disappointed.

15-20mins walk from Milano Central station, the propery conditions looks new. Unfortunately, the shower is terrible! The shower has very low water stream, more worse is the unstable water temperature from the shower head, sometimes hot, warm, cold water flow. It made me feel cool and uncomfortable during shower. I reported this to the management but can't help anyway. This is a look good but not feel good aparthotel.

Guests should know that you have to contact the company through WhatsApp so there is a delay. There were no working outlets for the kitchen appliances, even when we tried them in different parts of the unit. The terrace was nice but had only one chair, so we hauled a kitchen chair outside. It is a doorman building which is nice but they could only refer us to Limehome when we had questions. The location is fine if one is comfortable with public transportation.
