"being first time at Tallinn via Cruise it was most convenient place to stay and easy to go to old town . I was able to check in before 3 pm which was great :) . The staff was super friendly and they were very helpful to explain everything. breakfast buffet is amazing add-on. overall it was amazing stay for two nights. "Service was hit or miss, some friendly some were not friendly, the hotel was modern and very clean, breakfast was very good, room was cleaned everyday. Free coffee in Lobby which is a big plus. One lady who worked in the bar was so cold and unfriendly, she seemed to really dislike us, and it showed. The people who worked on the front desk were very helpful and polite"
