I have personal incidents that required last minute booking and hotel staff are so accomidating and understanding about the situation where they reseve a room for me and indicate if i need to cancel it before required time that they will do the refund. I am much pleasant and appreciate the hotel staffs and their kind understanding, they touch my heart when i needed the most 🙏"

"Conveniently located direct access to the mall(Mitsukoshi and etc) without walking out to the street in cold weather. Lots of food choices and shopping around. Hotel was very very quiet and beautiful. Staffs were amazing! We especially received many help from the hotel front staff name TAKABE. So polite, helpful, always smiling and her English was great! "we stay 1 night prior to our morning flight..The hotel is inside Chubu International Airport which only takes less than 5 minutes walk to check in counter. The hotel room is spacious enough for 2 person and clean. There is convenient store next to the hotel and plenty eatery at the airport. I recommend this hotel if you have early morning flight."
