This is definitely not a four star property. At most 3 stars. Rooms are very small. Very easy to hear noises from adjacent rooms. Nice location, very close to subways and Ueno Park.

The property is beautiful. Our room was so comfortable and spacious. The grounds were gorgeous. I would stay again very happily. Quite close to a couple of good train stations allowing us access to everything we wanted.

"The shuttle bus was amazing - and actually a necessity because as per most places you can stay in Kawaguchiko, it is pretty deserted once you enter into the living areas. But overall it was value for money and I would definitely stay here again if the price is right."
