"This is very convenient near the narita airport with free shuttle to and from! The dining option was very clean, great food selection and desserts. We got the japanese style room which fit the family of 5 and still have a good space to put your luggage. There was a lawson konbini on the first floor as well. Will definitely stay here again"

"The staff here truly sets the standard for hospitality - they went above and beyond at every turn, from the smooth check-in to upgrading our room because it was our wedding anniversary. I especially loved the breakfast selection and how clean and well-maintained our room was. The location is perfect if you're visiting Disney (located right by the bayside station), but it's also great for exploring Tokyo since Maihama Station is nearby. Definitely worth the price for the quality of service and comfort you get. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Kudos to the general manager and team!"

"It is a few minutes walk from Disney Land and Sea. You don't have to worry about transportation; you can walk. None of the Disney Complex area hotels had the bed / room setup I was looking for."

What we loved Lawsons available on site Close to train station Free bus to Disneyland The breakfast was awesome and varied Lunch and Dinner were also great variety of food The drinks and snack station entertained our 2 kids no end Staff were friendly and accommodation Checkin easy They had a Laundromat area which is extra special as well as free toothbrushes and other condiments available "

"Very convenient as it's right across from the Bayside Station. A good alternative if you cannot book a Disney hotel. The staff are all very kind and helpful. There's a Lawson right downstairs so it's perfect and convenient to grab some snacks before heading over to the park. "

"Airport shuttle bus was clear and had a frequent schedule! Easy to board and find with clear instructions. Second time booking with Toyoko Inn. Rooms were really clean and comfortable. Despite a tiring day, the stay was so restful and recharging. Recommend to anyone looking for a stay near airport! "

"This property was Amazing! We were able to experience the Nikki Lounge which was available most of the day and had complimentary snacks and drinks that varied throughout the day. It also had a beautiful view of Mt Fuji. Our room was adequate size considering we were in Tokyo. We came to this hotel to visit Tokyo Disneyland and they had 2 convenient options to travel to the parks, either via bus or the Disney monorail. *be aware the monorail does not drop you off in front of the hotel, you can either walk the rest of the way or you can wait for another bus. Bus arrivals and departures are listed in lobby. Front desk spoke English and staff were very friendly. The main lobby was beautiful, 2 Disney themed stores to purchase souvenirs, 2 restaurants and 1 convenience store. We visited during December and it was very chilly on some days, what was nice was that the hotel had outside heaters directly above where you wait for the buses to Disney. We had an amazing experience here and the hotel always smelled good! "
