"We loved the place and it was exactly what the listing said. It was just my husband and I and it was perfect. The bed was comfy and we were close to everything. Downtown is beautiful and had great restaurants. The farmers market is one of the best I’ve ever been too. "

"My dad's family is from the area. He wanted to visit with my siblings and I to show us all the family landmarks and places from some of his adventures "back in the day". This house was the perfect location (close to everything we needed to see and just down the street from some relatives). The house was stocked with everything we potentially needed, and the views were so pretty. Would stay again if back in the area."

"Nonstick cookware was scratched up. Lots of cooking utensils provided. Corn kernals found in one bed, pinecones found in another. Plenty of towels provided, but could use more wash cloths. Night stand in master bedroom unstable. Liggts are dim, could use more/brighter lighting. Directions to home via Google Maps are about 1/2 mile off. Overall a beautiful home. Host very responsive to messages. "

"We had a group of six girls and a little dog stay for a long weekend. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable and warm. We felt like we were at home. Located in a nice neighborhood close to downtown and less than 30 minutes from mall shopping. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend."

"We came from Ohio and Florida for a funeral in nearby Auburn. The house was the place to calmly get ready each day and to unwind at night. Big enough so everybody had space. Being able to bring the dog was very helpful."

"Our family has a great time hiking, biking, swimming and fishing at the state park as well as cooking in the spacious kitchen and eating on the patio. The basement had a great basketball hoop game and some fun board games. We also enjoyed making s'mores in the fire pit. Great house and neighborhood for family time."

"This cottage is perfect for our family to stay at while we were in Michigan to visit our family. The porch area was perfect for morning coffee and the view over the river was peaceful. There was plenty of space for us all to have our own spot to sleep. We will come back and hope this place is available when we do. Reached out to the owners and they responded promptly. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area."

"We stayed for a girls weekend to Frankenmuth - the house was adorable and very clean! We loved all the decor and thoughtful touches that made the house feel homey and sanitary. "We had a nicie two night stay. The staff was very nice, and the hotel was clean. The breakfast could have had more selection. I liked that they had a area near the desk that had coffee, hot chocolate, iced tea and water til 10 pm. They also had a popcorn. We would definitely stay again. "

"It’s an older hotel, but it was very clean, and the staff was great. Unfortunately, across the parking lot there was a burning barrel, and a lot of plastic was being burned, which really smelled bad."
