「Overall the property is very good, but it's let down by a few minor issues that could be quickly changed: - the Vrbo listing says it's a 'second floor' apartment, it's not, it's on the first floor. It also says there's a 'golf view', there isn't, it's on the seafront with no view out of the back at all. The listing also says 'parking available' but there is no parking there at all in the town centre, it's limited to one hour during the day. The people in the ground-floor apartment got a parking...

「Amazing place! The ladies in reception of the hotel where we picked up the keys were so lovely. The apartment was stunning and over 2 floors, beautiful big bay window over looking the sea and the beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and tidy. Also loved the spa. Thanks for a great stay! 」

「Hello, I’ve stayed at a lot of Vrbo, and this penthouse is at the top. Great view of the bay, easy walk everywhere, beds were comfortable. Thank you again!」

「Really nice apartment right in the middle of town. Very comfortable beds and lovely cosy lounge. The kitchen area is also very tidy with all you need to cook for your family. Would definitely stay here again. Only slight downside is the noise from the flats above and below, but this was daytime only noise. We slept very well. Overall very enjoyable stay. 」

「We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Bryn Melyn apartment. It's walking distance to the town centre (although it's a bit hilly.) The room is sparklingly clean, cozy and spacious, and has a stunning view. Barmouth is lovely town and has lots of pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended.」

「We stayed at this lovely apartment 19th-23rd February on arrival it was easy to acess and clean we are a family of 4 two teens who’ve both said they’d visit again. The apartment is a five minute walk to the train station and the town and the beach is opposite. Just a shame it weren’t pet friendly! 」

「This is a lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and appointed. It has a stunning view, telephone wires apart. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We had a couple of niggles but they were addressed satisfactorily by the owners. Take their words about the hill to the apartment very seriously. You need to be fit and able to deal with it.」

「Overall a nice place to stay, the Seaviews and vista were great Accomodation is comfortable enough, and selfcatering facilitites adequate. My stay there again in future. Mr Wolsoncroft.」

「Ideal location for my itinerary. Well equipped, cosy and had everything I required. Quiet area, no bright lights and slept well. I travelled solo this time, but ideal for couples. Very close to Cader Idris and Mach Loop, two of my main locations to visit.」
