Rooms need a arm chair to sit in. Pillows need updating. Room key entrance to pool area was not working or not turned on. Security needs to be better. Anyone can enter floors & pool.

When we arrived there was a problem with the air conditioner. The staff was very helpful and apologetic. We stayed one night in a semi warm room and they sent us champagne. They moved us the next night and we had a wonderful time. The Italian restaurant that’s part of the hotel had delicious food and our waitress was not only well versed with the menu but funny and engaging. Overall a great experience.

We arrived from our cruise way before check in time, they offered beforehand to store our luggage until checkin time. However when we got there a room qas ready so they let us in way early with no extra charge. The entire room was really nice, bathroom and shower were very large.

This I was my second time booking a stay at the prime hotel. The room was clean during both stays, the overall area is quiet. The workers do an excellent job at keeping the conditions of the entire facility tidy. However, there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. I really enjoyed the fruit infused water, wished it was available all day instead of the morning time only. Everything else was great. The pool is open 24/7 and it has a heating feature, that was awesome.
