Needs attention to details
First of all, communication with management was lacking to the point that VRBO was looking for another rental property for us while we were in route. Next, the address listed is incorrect. We went to the wrong house. All the houses in the subdivision are exactly the same. There are lots of things that need attention including: wobbly dining chairs...screws loose clothes in dryer dirty sheets in two of the closets dirty dishes and pans in cupboard no dish detergent and dishwasher unplugged shower dirty in main bedroom, set screws on towel rack loose, so the rack came off the wall. 2nd bedroom had light burned out and bathroom door lock not working, dirty pillow tucked into bedside stand single bed had only one sheet no curtain on kitchen window only one roll of extra toilet paper for whole house no extra paper towels no coffee cups in main kitchen microwave turn table dirty tv remote missing button missing smoke alarm above front door ants around sliding door and kitchen smoke alarms went off in the middle of the night and again Sunday morning for no reason This seems like a long list, but can be easily fixed with attention to details and a good cleaning service. Our other VBRO stays have been very positive.
