Plane trains and automobiles!! Why doesn’t anyone talk about the extreme noise literally all night. We got zero sleep, zero. If it wasn’t a 777 flying over it was the train and if the train wasn’t running then car lights and loud bangs kept us up. We requested late check out and some hall warden keep trying to open our door, she would pace around our door hitting it to annoy us to probably make us leave. We had a 1pm cruise boarding time. You will not get any sleep in this hotel, avoid

Why would a hotel next to the airport not sound proofs? You can hear all the planes take off and landing. Limited dining options unless you have a ride or you'll have to doordash it.

When we arrived to the hotel we were told that Expedia canceled our room. when I checked on the app that wasn't right. Then listing to staff I heard her say if a person wasn't here by 6:30 pm I canceled there reservation because they were over booked. After sitting looking for another hotel they finally found a room available for us. The next morning staff was rude to the uber driver because the gate wouldn't open. saying telling them to open the window place card by the red light. He had tried that many time gate wouldn't open. Staff hung up on me as we was talking on the phone. I will not return to this hotel again.

Breakfast is good. Refreshment hour is great. Room was clean. It’s a very busy hotel but they make it work. Rooms are very nice size and beds are comfy!!! Had a great night sleep. We were only there the day before our cruise. The appearance is nice as well!

The food service was expensive and sucked but other than that my overall stay was great breakfast in the morning was great and I don’t like that the pool closes so early. I think they should change it to like midnight. Especially for people that flying in and get in late and want to relax 10 o’clock is a little early.
