Great hotel and we had the main floor so easier for luggage. Room was spacious and upgraded. Very close to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, beach, you name it. Toilet kept clogging/slow but I think the plumbing is older. Room 503, very spacious and bathroom had two sinks and two person shower.

Roaches roaches roaches. Do not stay at this property. You will not be refunded. They will offer a new room but the whole building is infested. It’s not worth the cheap rate.

I didn’t like how the housekeeping lady kept mopping around us in that small area and pouring a strong solution on the floors while we waited for our time to check in, it made me extremely sick to the point where I had to sit outside called me a uber and went to the airport I couldn’t sleep here. Great location, very dirty and a bit noisy, the reception staff was friendly except the lady on arrival that checked in us on 31/01/25 around 11pm in the evening, she was very rude, unprofessional and slow (30min waiting). Long queues to check out (20min waiting). Our room was on the ground floor facing the patio, so you can never open the curtain (so me day light in the room), hair on the bed sheets upon arrival, no blackout curtains…
