Spacious living room, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, amazing apartment, pool and beach OPEN, wifi, gym, Bistro , free resort transportation to the beach every 15 minutes. Near Aventura Mall, Gulfstream Park, many restaurants and supermarkets (Walmart, Publix, etc) 5 minutes walking distance away. Parking ( not included, $25/night+tax , special discount after one week stay) Bike rental for guest. Best place to stay and enjoy Miami.

Easy togetherness, or not
Comfortably large kitchen, dining and tv area allows for everyone to hang together, and 3 good size bedrooms, each with their own TV and bathroom, allows for separation when desired. Bring your own trash bags & laundry soap. Shampoo, conditioner, bar soap and lotion were provided. I’d recommend checking in before 4pm, as the line was rather long right then. Also, our group ranged in age from 34 to 61, and the general consensus was that we were older than average. The owner was great to work with-flexible and super responsive. Oh- great view of the ocean, too!

Chance to unwind after a cruise for a couple of nights
We stayed in this condo/penthouse for 2 nights before going home after our cruise. It was very tidy. The view was unique with views of the inter coastal and ocean. We really enjoyed it. The kitchen was limited on utensils and no dish cloth or dish towel. We didn’t prepare meals except for one breakfast. We got through it fine. It was nice that each of the 3 bedrooms had their own baths. We had plenty of bath towels. There was a Walmart beside the condo building. It was very busy. We had Publix deliver our groceries to stay out of the rat race. We used DoorDash one evening from Firebirds Woodfire Grill. We didn’t get a salad which was one of my friend’s meal. Neither DoorDash nor Firebirds would take care of their mistake. Very frustrating. Otherwise, we had to Uber everywhere. The building managers were very accommodating. They stored our luggage before and after checking in and out. Very nice stay!

Staple Property for all Miami Beach Stays!
I really loved staying at this property. It was spacious and each room had its own bathroom. The kitchen was to die for! If you are going to cook I suggest getting a few extra things from Walmart but other than that absolutely no complaints. The resort has a shuttle bus that goes to the beach every 20 minutes and it’s literally up the street. The owner is amazing and very accommodating. I celebrated my 35th birthday here and she did not disappoint. I’m going to make it my business to frequent this property at least one a year.

Great Stay - Spectacular View and Wrap Around Balcony - Relaxing
Unit as described. Is due for paint touch up on bathroom doors/doorways hallway where previous guests didn't use the door handle. Otherwise no complaints.

I am sorry to my Birthday Visit
The checkin clerk was very rude to my group as they were trying to check in. She could not find my record in the computer. And was taking her frustration out off my adult children. She was sarcastic and unconcerned about my reservation. We showed her a copy of an email issued t from her office to my contact person. She still insisted that we were not in her computer. At last she listened to me and was able to find my record and let us in. The pictures of this property on line are very impressive. However A set of closet doors were off and placed next to the closet. The walls were all nicked up and in dire need of a paint job. The view from the balcony were breathtaking. The shuttle to the beach was very handy to use. Online it states that the parking was 25 per night, we were charged 35.. th3 location was perfect with great restaurants nearby.

Descent stay
The location was perfect! Apt was NICE!!! Only complaints would be that I requested additional wash clothes and towels. After I didn’t receive clean towels I washed the ones we had from day one. The dryer wouldn’t dry the towels and caused a leak. When using all 3 showers at once please be mindful the water heater will make noises. Overall it was a decent stay!!!

Perfect spot for ladies get away
Perfect corner spot with fabulous views of sunrise and sunset. Really lovely water views from every window. and the deck is just the spot fora cup of coffee getting ready for a day at the beach and unwinding with a glass of wineat the end of a perfect Miami day..

The property is terrible! If you want to spend half your vacation waiting for elevators this is your place! The parking situation is horrendous!! The pool has 30 chairs for 1000 people!!!

Best stay EVER!
My family and I stayed here during Thanksgiving break and it was by far the BEST stay EVER. The view from the balcony was so beautiful! Clean place very modern! 10/10 recommend.

Family Wedding
While the apartment was very nice with amazing views the building management left much to be desired. We lost water 12:00 of our first full day because of a water main break in Hallandale and could not shower or use the bathroom. After numerous attempts ( Iwent down to the front desk 4 times) to find out when water would be restored I finally insisted spoke to a manager at 4:00 in the afternoon who informed me based on her conversations with the city I should assume water would not be restored till the next day. We had a family wedding the next day and 5 of us were in the apartment. I informed the owner I had no choice but to check out and go to a hotel. I tried to speak to the owner about a settlement but her offer was ridiculous saying it was not her fault. While it was unfortunate there was a water main break , I certainly can't be held responsible for that, and I incurred numerous expenses buying food and stuff for the apartment which was wasted.

Better than my expectations
I’d like to start by recognizing Marina and how attentive she was, prior to the trip, and during the whole thing. I had a canceled flight there and still didn’t have any issues with checking in after midnight. She was helpful and understanding of the situation and it was a relief during a time when I thought my vacation ended before it began. The property was clean and looks just as advertised. The view from the balcony is better than in the pictures and the morning view of the bay and ocean is amazing to see. The staff was helpful and nice. They answered all questions and were knowledgeable. They also gave masks upon request, which was great, so I didn’t have to go wait on the elevator to get a mask. The pool and gym are very well kept. The view of the boats passing in the bay are very fun to watch as well as the drawbridge. The overall stay was worth more than what I paid. I look forward to reserving this location with Marina again in the future. Myself and the people with me loved every minute.

Wonderful waterfront and very comfortable living space
We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The waterfront view is amazing. The large balcony directly look over the canal and lots of boats. The large living room and master bedroom are directly connected to the balcony and they are large and very comfortable setting. The other two bedrooms are all have great ocean view and with it’s own bathroom. The condo is very clean with modern decor. The WiFi is good enough to support our young adults needing to work a few days during the stay. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Excellent stay
The unit was very clean and well-stocked with utensils, towels, etc. (I would have liked if there was more than one pod to do laundry, but otherwise no quibbles.) Marina was very responsive leading up to, and during, our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Views!
This is a great unit with a wonderful balcony overlooking the intracoastal and draw bridge. Was fun watching all the boats go by. Every time we heard the draw bridge bell my kids would run outside and see how big the boat was going through the bridge. I'll summarize our experience at this unit: Pros: • Marina was very prompt with all communications I had with her. • My wife and daughter arrived early and were able to check in much earlier than the normal check-in time thanks to Marina. • Unit was very spacious. • Master bed was very comfortable. • Air conditioning worked very well when we wanted it, but mostly had the sliding doors open during the night. • Loved having a Keurig machine in the unit. • Unit has everything you need to cook. We went to the Publix and got all needed supplies for breakfasts and snacks. We ate out for dinners. • Great pool right next to the intracoastal. • While the property has a shuttle to take you to the beach, we often walked when the shuttle was not around. About a 10-15 minute walk. • The beach was great! We had couple gorgeous days where there was little wind and made for a wonderful time. We were able to get 4 lounge chairs and umbrellas each time, but I think you are only guaranteed two chairs, one umbrella per unit. On one of the windy days two of my kids were stung by jellyfish, but not badly. I believe the wind was blowing them to shore. Cons: • Unit was fairly clean but could have been better. • Dishwasher did not work but notified Marina and it was fixed later that day while we were out. • The balcony had a couch but would be nice to have some lounge chairs or something that would be a bit more comfortable than the couch. • This has nothing to do with the unit itself, but the elevators you have to use on the hotel side to get to the parking garage were very slow and often had to wait several times as they were always quite full. Could have been due to Spring Break time. The unit itself has a private elevator for the owner’s side of the property that was fast. • We had to supply our own trash bags and toilet paper. Not sure if this is standard or not? I would recommend having a car since there are not a lot of restaurants and such near the property, but completely preferential. But parking is an extra charge. Overall, we had a great time and Marina was a great host! Thank you!
