Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

We didn’t have the apartment shown on the VRBO listing, but it was spacious & had a nice pool, Louie’s restaurant, access to beach & boardwalk. Uber & Uber eats were very accessible. Also, close to Fontainebleau which is worth checking out.

We enjoyed the property and the only complaint was elevator wait times when it was busy. There wasn't a mirror in the front bedroom which made getting ready a little difficult, but wasn't a deal breaker. Overall the suit was extremely spacious and clean.

Amazing
We had an amazing stay. No words to describe the amazing views. The unit was different then pictured, but it worked out much better for us. The picture shows the balcony from the living room, but our unit had access to to the balcony with doors from both bedrooms. This way, we didn't wake the kids when we went out to watch sunrise. The front desk were nice and helpful. We would definelty stay again!!

Loved the location. Condo very clean and great view. Property manager could have provided more washcloths and towels and we were not told we could ask for more. Please add cereal bowls and flat pan for cooking in oven to kitchen.

Sink was plugged staff was unkind and rude. Paul was outdated and nasty. Never used it. The bar tender was rude. Beach axes was not near. Only thing we liked about the room was the view. It took two hours to get towels. And no one ever came and fixed our sink.

The apartment was not the one in the pictures, not enough towels, and a bit dirty. I called the front desk four times with no response, called housekeeping for more towels with no response. Also requested a cart to take our luggage downstairs with no response. I’m not impressed. Other than the beautiful views, spacious apartment, and nice lobby, nothing else was that great!

When we got there our condo was booked so they put us in a different condo that was smaller and dirty. We got to switch to the condo we paid for after 24 hours but it was so inconvenient.

Beautiful View, watch for cabana boy
Everything was great except when we were ordering drinks by the pool. The cabana boy tried to take advantage of us and charge us $1400 for items we never had. We yelled at him and a family stood up for us and all of a sudden is was $380. When we went to tell management, he did not care at all and said “well he didn’t charge you $1400.” We just wanted to make sure drunk girls aren’t being scammed. Just be cautious.

I really wish I could give this hotel 5 stars but definitely more like 3. Initially when we checked in we thought we were staying in the unit listed on VRBO, unbeknown to me the 3rd night we would be moved to a whole other unit directly beneath us due to an unscheduled water repair/ inspection supposedly. I never received one call from management, did not receive any letter, nothing. It was about 11am in the middle of eating breakfast the hotel manager comes banging on the door saying we have to be out of our room in 10 mins and to report to the front desk for more information and a NEW key card (UNPROFESSIONAL). Imagine packing up a family of 5 last minute to a new room that wasn’t nearly as comfortable. The Sofa was hard/ card board like, tv way smaller, bed were all firm, small dining area, broken hair dryer?hardly any full length mirrors! Thank god the ocean front view was the same! The first unit was heaven sent! They did compensate for parking but that wasn’t enough! There’s no way in the world they should book particulars units during inspections. Someone dropped the ball! What if we were at the beach and weren’t there to move out? Again views were amazing, unit owner responded quick which was good but it definitely put a damper my vacation.

Great location for beach and cruising free trolley ride Condo was very spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Fullliving room and dining room full kitchen ! Balcony that overlooks the pool and beach! We enjoyed our stay very clean💙

Beautiful place…Lots of space!
Place was clean and the view of the ocean was awesome! There was so much space and our family of four loved our stay there and would book again! The only suggestion I have is maybe have some paper towels or wash cloths/sponges in the kitchen to tidy up. I had to bring back extra napkins from a restaurant to wipe things down.

Very deceiving
The room is EXACTLY as in the pictures. The furniture on the other hand was staged and the real stuff is out of a 70’s-80’s eatate sale. Could not unpack into it due to the horrific smell of mold! The kitchen is Very sparce. Not even a can opener! The feel like foam covered rocks and the couch had very little if any padding! Cleaning crew even left a nice moldy cup of oats from starbucks on the window sill for us! Day shif at the desk was very nice, evening shift were sarcastic and rude. This place was ok for a beach stay bit definitely not for a family vacation.

Great view, amenities are limited
The view was awesome. However, host didn't properly communicate check in or check out instructions, which was inconvenient having to find out by calling front desk. A simple email would be great on day of. No dish washing detergent, No paper towels , bring your own seasonings. Pool and restaurant closes early at 5pm. Bar wasn't even open when we were there for 3 days.
