"The hotel staff was excellent. They went above and beyond, housekeeping, concierge and desk staff were all wonderful made our 9 day stay great. The building, however, the AC and hallway carpets were old and dated. E.g., the AC was blowing 24/7 just to keep the room at a mere 69 degrees. We had an ocean view room and didn't open the balcony door much but still felt humidity in the room. Also, the balcony door didn't close securely; a few nights we had 25mph winds and we heard a loud whistling...
