My experience at this hotel was not the best. I stayed for two nights, and although I requested housekeeping after the first night, they never cleaned my room. When I returned late on the second night, I found that I had no towels, no coffee for the next morning, and no water, which was quite inconvenient. The lack of attention to cleaning and restocking made my stay unsatisfactory. They could improve a lot in this regard.

The hotel is tired. We did a last minute booking however you expect the average on a Camino Real hotel, with is a basic space to sleep. Regrettably we weren’t able as the bathroom sink was full of hair, it had spilled of somebody who washed their they previously on the sink furniture. The furniture needs maintained as looks in bad shape. On regards the blankets also had dust and hair on it which made it impossible to have a nice rest. Not to mention that the red fire alarm light is very high and the smell of the room was between humidity and old. Just simple details that can affect the quality of sleeping. If you take care of your sleeping quality, this is not the option.
